Happy Easter!
We had a lovely fresh batch of snow fall this week, and it's snowing now. So goodbye to the brown lawns of two weeks ago... oh well, at least the ground isn't still frozen solid.
We've been keeping a watchful eye on the real estate market, and recently found a 6 acre parcel with amazing potential just 10 minutes from where we are living now! After some hemming & hawing, we looked into financing. We contacted our trusty real estate professional for her expert advice, and hemmed a bit more.
So we made an offer, went through a few hoops, and are now in a real estate agreement!!! How crazy! You can check it out by clicking on the photo to the left of Hughes' poem.
There are so many unanswered questions that we have right now, and we'd REALLY like the snow to melt so we can get a decent understanding of the ground quality. Next up:

- Finding about $5,000 more for a better down payment
- Figuring out the best way to start living on the property
- Trusting the LORD with ALL of our heart
- Getting through each step like the mature adults we claim to be.
